The Academy is built on a single conviction: the best teachers are the people who do the work. We are recruiting the founding instructor class now — practitioners with something specific to transfer, and the patience to teach it well.

Practitioners, not pundits.
Financial professionals
CFPs, CPAs, fiduciary advisors, estate attorneys, tax professionals. People who work with real money for real clients.
Fund managers and LPs
Allocators, GPs, angels, family-office professionals. People who deploy capital every day and know the mechanics from the inside.
Founders and operators
People who have built, scaled, and — ideally — also seen it go sideways. Success alone is a thin teacher.
Technologists and AI practitioners
Engineers, product leaders, and researchers who can teach what the next wave of work actually looks like on the inside.
What teaching looks like
Built for serious practitioners with busy lives.
Time commitment
A course is 8 to 12 modules. First-draft curriculum development is roughly 40 to 80 hours, supported by a curriculum designer. Live cohort sessions run 1 to 2 hours per week for the 8 weeks a cohort is active.
Compensation
Instructors are compensated through a combination of upfront curriculum fee, per-cohort teaching fee, and royalty share on course revenue. Structure announced with first instructor appointments.
Ownership
Instructors retain authorship credit in perpetuity. The Academy licenses curriculum for teaching rights. You are named, credited, and compensated on every cohort your course runs.
Support
You bring the expertise. The Academy brings curriculum design, video production, editing, platform engineering, and a cohort of serious students.
