What you agree to, what we agree to.
newBWS is a members-only professional network and ecosystem serving the Black capital community. By joining, you agree to treat other members with respect, follow our community guidelines, and use the platform in good faith. In return, we agree to operate transparently, protect your data, and never sell the platform against the community's interest.
You own the content you publish. You grant us a license to display it on the platform. You can take it with you if you leave. We reserve the right to moderate content that violates our community guidelines, and to remove members who repeatedly harm the village.
We are a Delaware Public Benefit Corporation and these terms are governed by Delaware law.
Listings are information, not endorsement.
NetAesthetics LLC, doing business as newBWS, provides the Homeroom and The Well listings, and every other listing of a program, camp, club, scholarship, internship, grant, loan, or opportunity on this platform, as information only. newBWS is not the organizer, sponsor, operator, or agent of any listed program and is not a party to any arrangement between you and any organization or individual you find here.
A listing is not an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee. newBWS has not investigated any organization or individual listed, has not run background checks, and does not verify supervision, safety, credentials, licensing, financial standing, or the accuracy of what a program says about itself. Where a listing carries a label describing an automated check, that label states the whole of what was checked and nothing more.
You are responsible for evaluating any program before participating, enrolling a minor, sharing personal information, or sending money, including confirming details directly with the program and making your own judgment about its suitability and safety for you or your child.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NetAesthetics LLC dba newBWS disclaims all liability arising from or relating to any listed program, organization, or individual, including any loss, injury, or damage connected with your participation or a minor's participation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this clause may not apply to you.
