The short version.

NewBWS is a members-only professional network and ecosystem serving the Black capital community. By joining, you agree to treat other members with respect, follow our community guidelines, and use the platform in good faith. In return, we agree to operate transparently, protect your data, and never sell the platform against the community's interest.

You own the content you publish. You grant us a license to display it on the platform. You can take it with you if you leave. We reserve the right to moderate content that violates our community guidelines, and to remove members who repeatedly harm the village.

We are a Delaware Public Benefit Corporation and these terms are governed by Delaware law.

Our complete terms of service are being finalized by our counsel ahead of the Juneteenth 2026 launch and will be published here before we accept our first member. If you need specific contractual language before launch, email legal@newbws.com.
