What newBWS is
newBWS, short for New Black Wall Street, is a member-owned directory, network, and academy for Black America. It runs the Black-owned business directory at newbws.com, The Ledger at ledger.newbws.com, Harvest at harvest.newbws.com, and TheCookout.
It is held by a Delaware Public Benefit Corporation with a golden share that protects the mission, and it launches its member network on January 1, 2027. The full story is on the about page; how it is held is on the governance page.
