My day
What to bring
- A photo ID issued by the United States government, the State of Oklahoma, or a federally recognized tribal government, with your name, your photograph, and an expiration date after the election (unless it is valid indefinitely)
- The free voter identification card you received by mail from your County Election Board when you registered, even though it has no photograph
Every voter who votes in person, on Election Day or during early voting, must show proof of identity. Your name on the ID must mostly match your name in the Precinct Registry.
No ID? If you do not have or refuse to show proof of identity, you may vote by provisional ballot and prove your identity by signing a sworn affidavit. Do not leave your polling place: ask a poll worker for a provisional ballot.
If the line is long
All eligible voters in line by 7 p.m. will be permitted to vote.
If they turn you away, ask for a provisional ballot.
